Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing L&M National Equipment Sales. We specialize in the sale of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.

1. All Sales Final
   • All sales are final.
   • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Order Accuracy
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct part numbers and compatibility prior to purchase.
   • If you are uncertain, please confirm compatibility with the manufacturer or a qualified installer before placing your order.
3. Defective or Damaged Parts
   • Since we sell only new OEM parts, defects are rare.
   • If an item arrives defective, you may be entitled to a remedy through the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
   • L&M National Equipment Sales will provide receipts and proof of purchase to assist with warranty claims, but repairs or replacements are the manufacturer’s responsibility.
4. Florida Law Compliance
   • In accordance with Florida Statutes § 501.142, a business may enforce a “No Refund/No Return” policy when it is clearly posted at the point of sale.
   • This policy is posted at our store and online to ensure compliance.
